KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND ACTIVITIES

You will be an instrumental part in delivering to the Belux market the messaging of how SAP Customer Experience solutions help companies transform and give exceptional customer experiences.

Supporting the Marketing of SAP Customer Experience in Belgium ad Luxemburg, being the main contact with Sales, Business Development, Customer Management, Expert Services and Pre-Sales stakeholders in these regions, he/she will also be accountable for campaigns (aiming at Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Service and Customer Data audiences for companies in several sizes and market sectors) and events in the respective countries.

Activities will include close relationships with colleagues abroad who are responsible for other SAP Customer Experience Marketing areas.

Key Activities

  • Active and reactive support for main stakeholders in Belgium and Luxemburg;
  • Work cross collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies; including management of some external agencies;
  • Execute Demand Generation plans (digital + communication + events etc.) locally, including logistics and content aspects, to achieve the global and local goals of SAP Customer experience Marketing;
  • Develop and deliver internal communications to promote our efforts (when needed);
  • Align marketing activities with local SAP Marketing colleagues as appropriate;
  • Work with Comms teams to share our message, creating favorable mindshare and establish thought leadership;
  • Provide ongoing updates, presentations, and recommendations to broader marketing team and executives, as appropriate;
  • Help with market and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing for a SaaS/Cloud service provider (preferred);
  • Ability to multitask management at the same time;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Domain knowledge of or experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Cloud;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative work style;
  • Leadership skills and experience with a cross-functional team to get things done;
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office package for advanced functions;
  • University degree.
