We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the correct delivery and fulfillment of all contracted services with customers for the Digital Technology Services (DTS) business line in Belgium. You will act as the single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Together with the Account Manager, you become the “trusted advisor” for the client and ensure that all customer expectations are being met and all commitments respected.

What the job is about:

  • Customer Relationship. You act as a single point of contact for the customer and you build a relationship with the customer’s operational IT contact. You represent the customer’s interests and concerns internally to match customer expectations with delivered services;
  • Profitability of the account. You are responsible for delivering against the agreed forecast of the engagement P&L and you work with service owners to improve productivity and overall effectiveness;
  • Seamless Service. You lead a cohesive virtual team of all Fujitsu service delivery resources and external partners to deliver as “one service team” to the customer;
  • SLA Compliance. You review performance of service delivery unit against operational level agreement or service level agreement and you drive the service owners to deliver at the committed quality. You own improvement plans and you ensure they are regularly reviewed and progressed;
  • Reporting (own and corporate tools). You collect relevant reports and escalate persistent non-conformance. You proactively investigate trends and frequent issues and you assemble resources to identify and resolve root-causes across boundaries of organizations or departments;
  • Process Control. You record and process alerts and complaints to manage the delivery interfaces and escalates as appropriate. You monitor adherence to corporate process at all times (e.g. efficient planning and material controlling);
  • Risks Control & Escalations Management. You manage service risks, contractual exposure and critical escalations to prevent exposure of Fujitsu to customer claims;
  • Spotting Opportunities. You develop new business opportunities together with the account manager and the sales team;

Your profile

You are in possession of a degree and experience in financial management such as P&L. You also have solid experience within IT service delivery, especially in one or more following aspects:

  • Business Services & Application management (Microsoft Toolset,…);
  • Datacenter Services running;
  • Microsoft Workplace management (Azure Cloud, Skype for Business,…).

As a person you are able to drive the relationship with the customer and have the necessary influencing and negotiation skills to manage all stakeholders (virtual team, customer) effectively.
