We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the correct delivery and fulfillment of all contracted services with customers for the Digital Technology Services (DTS) business line in Belgium. You will act as the single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Together with the Account Manager, you become the “trusted advisor” for the client and ensure that all customer expectations are being met and all commitments respected.
You are in possession of a degree and experience in financial management such as P&L. You also have solid experience within IT service delivery, especially in one or more following aspects:
As a person you are able to drive the relationship with the customer and have the necessary influencing and negotiation skills to manage all stakeholders (virtual team, customer) effectively.
