The HR function has for objective to support the growth of the Luxembourg office, by providing a wide range of HR services, attracting and retaining talented lawyers and acting as a trusted advisor to the partners and managers. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced department committed to delivering excellent services.
The Senior HR Generalist will perform a wide range of HR activities, notably in the fields of recruitment, performance management and learning & development. Having the chance to interact with various HR colleagues from the various offices of Clifford Chance across the globe, the successful candidate will also have the possibility to take part in various local and global HR projects (drafting of new HR policies, implementation of Workday, optimisation of HR processes, deployment of retention tools, etc.) and will be a key contact person to the staff.
