We are looking for a SW Application Sales Manager who will cover Balkan + middle East + Africa region. You will be part of the team of three ASM.
Your responsibilities will be:
To provide overall technical sales & solution definition support to the Account Managers with the goal increasing software sales throughout your focus region;
Partner with Account Managers and channel partners to present Esko product portfolio to targeted customers & prospective customers;
Support Account Managers in technical validation of a potencial project, provide customer audits, defining a project scope & impact of a solution. Document the business requirements into a detailed statement of work or report;
Provide in-depth on-site and remote demonstrations of defined Esko solutions to potential & existing customers. Perform benchmark demonstrations and analysis to prospects & customers using customer provided files;
Provide pre-sales level solution diagrams to Account Manager and/or Sales Management. Detect and drive sales opportunities for consultative services and systems integration;
Define the sales project deliverables, potential risks and constraints, line up the assumptions and build an implementation plan in Statement of Work document;
Input to standard work & actively contribute to the pre-sales community to build standard demo tools;
Participate in trade shows and events at partners and/or customers side.
Your qualifications should be:
An Associates or Bachelor´s Degree in the field of Graphics Arts, Structural Design or Printing, plus a minimum of 5 years´ experience in the industry, or the equivalent in knowledge and experience;
Technical experience and familiarity with labels, flexibles & folding carton packaging, sign and display production processes;
Awareness of value selling, needs analyses, presenting impact;
Extensive & in-depth knowledge of Esko´s software solutions;
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
