In this position you develop, maintain and support a profitable customer base by actively calling on Lubrication distributors for workshop equipment. You manage the existing distributors and you establish specialized distributors or other channels in your assigned territory (Benelux, UK and Scandinavia) to insure key users have a preference to buy GRACO. In addition, you ensure the customers have adequate product and application knowledge.
Minimum of 5 years industrial B2B experience in an automotive/industrial multilingual environment.
Commercial or Technical Bachelor or Master degree.
Having a hunter profile commercial attitude, you are not only able to find new customers as well as new channels, but you can also develop new and existing markets. Managing the distribution is not new to you. You use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with the customers as well as with your colleagues. You are a team-player who enjoys collaborating with others, but also have the ability to administer self discipline and self management. Being a structured and organized person, you know how to prioritize and how to optimize your travel time.
