In this position, you will focus on providing efficient, effective and timely Human Resources services. Within the team you will be the go-to person for the Graco employees within specific assigned countries. You will be their main contact regarding onboarding, payroll, benefits, training .. questions. You also make sure that the payroll is handled in a timely manner. Apart from this operational part of the position, you will assist the HR Manager and Supervisor with the search of new hires. You will target the best candidates, conduct phone screenings with them, prepare candidate reports for hiring managers.
As the first contact for our employees throughout EMEA, you show you have a cross-cultural approach. You know how to read people and how to define their cultural fit within our environment. You are convinced of the importance to provide an A+ experience to your internal customers. You are well organized, know how to prioritize and are not afraid to multi-task or be confronted with change.
