Write user manuals for information systems
Write IS on-line help
Write web documentation
Prepare and give training courses on information systems.
Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in IT or another relevant field
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
Excellent written skills in English. French is a strong asset
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
Knowledge of web languages or tools (e.g.. html, flash)
Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
