Radisson Hotel Group, one of the largest hotel companies in the world with eight distinctive hotel brands, is looking for an Corporate Communications Manager, based at its Corporate Office in Brussels, Belgium. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Communications, PR & Reputation Management. The candidate will support the development and execution of the group’s Corporate Communication, PR & Social Media strategy for the group, and help drive the awareness of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and Strategy across all hotels in the area.
The candidate’s principal role is to manage the day to day of the Corporate Affairs (corporate, consumer and institutional) office and execution of all communication, PR and social media activities together with the Corporate and Area Communications leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing executive interviews, event promotion, business development coverage, speaking opportunities, awards and competitions, social media activities, media and social media monitoring, and community management of the group’s corporate websites and channels.
The candidate must be an experienced communicator capable of engaging senior executives, managers and the company’s employees in order to support implementation of the global communication and reputation management strategy.
The candidate should be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future stakeholders – internal and external. That passion comes through as he/she engages with media and influencers on a daily basis. He/she should be comfortable working across a matrix organization and able to work in close collaboration and/or manage the day to day with external agencies.
