Radisson Hotel Group, one of the largest hotel companies in the world with eight distinctive hotel brands, is looking for an Corporate Communications Manager, based at its Corporate Office in Brussels, Belgium. This position will report to the Director of Corporate Communications, PR & Reputation Management. The candidate will support the development and execution of the group’s Corporate Communication, PR & Social Media strategy for the group, and help drive the awareness of the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and Strategy across all hotels in the area.

The candidate’s principal role is to manage the day to day of the Corporate Affairs (corporate, consumer and institutional) office and execution of all communication, PR and social media activities together with the Corporate and Area Communications leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing executive interviews, event promotion, business development coverage, speaking opportunities, awards and competitions, social media activities, media and social media monitoring, and community management of the group’s corporate websites and channels.

The candidate must be an experienced communicator capable of engaging senior executives, managers and the company’s employees in order to support implementation of the global communication and reputation management strategy.

The candidate should be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future stakeholders – internal and external. That passion comes through as he/she engages with media and influencers on a daily basis. He/she should be comfortable working across a matrix organization and able to work in close collaboration and/or manage the day to day with external agencies.

As a Manager of the Corporate Affairs team, the candidate must exceed all expectations on following Business Success Profiles: Strategic Understanding, Commercial Focus, Active Relationships, Quality Results, Problem Solving, People Management, and Passion & Integrity.

The candidate must possess creative writing and editing skills, digital asset creation skills, presentation and organization skills, and possess strong understanding of the communication, PR, digital communication and social media networks and requirements.


  • Serve as the hub for the story hub for the company – for all internal and external channels - i.e. the key touch point and funnel to the Areas and hotels for all Corporate News, Events and Campaigns. Coach and encourage hotels to provide meaningful content for communication channels – PR and Corporate Social Media channels;
  • Manage Radisson Hotel Group’s Influencer & Ambassador Outreach program;
  • Manage all curation, coordination and distribution of company press releases on all channels;
  • Manage corporate websites;
  • Manage executive profiling on social media for company’s EC;
  • Manage area’s priorities in central services and identify Spokespeople;
  • Manage monthly PR Coverage and Social Media Reporting;
  • Hunt, curate and publish relevant, original, high-quality content on the group’s Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn corporate communications account;
  • Manage the global content calendar for Corporate Affairs and PR (corporate, consumer and institutional) and Corporate Social Media Channels;
  • Integrate and cross-amplify brand and hotels stories in corporate online channels;
  • Provide social media training for employees;
  • Support the corporate communications office in managing and building the reputation of Radisson Hotel Group, its brands, its hotels and its senior executives;
  • Support the Corporate and Area Communications Leaders with all needs – including, but not limited to – Social Media, Crisis Management, Crisis Communications and other communication training for the Area executives and General Managers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brands and/or Communications & PR;
  • 5+ years’ experience in communications, PR, marketing and social media – agency experience preferred;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Excellent command of English – written and spoken. Fluency in French would be advantageous;
  • Strong understanding and experience of Content marketing, Print copy, Digital copy, Researching, SEO, PPC, Content Management Systems, User experience and Social media channels;
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity as well as passion and creativity;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to align with company’s and department’s initiatives;
  • A hotelier spirit to ensure we all make every moment matter for our guests, owners and team members.
