We have a new vacancy for a ‘Social Media & Marketing Specialist’ to support the Consumer Marketing Team in the delivery of European “best in class” programs. You’ll develop social strategy & frameworks, to ensure an effective, sustainable and brand aligned presence on social media channels. You will also support online advertising strategies, creative asset creation and media plans delivery, with the objective of brand building and traffic driving.

Key responsibilities include:

Brand Marketing:

  • Support the effective delivery of the European media strategy and of the marketing plans;
  • Support the European marketing team with ad hoc activities, like the creation of guidelines for the local affiliates, assistance in the creation of visual assets for European needs or administrative tasks;
  • Collaborate closely with the social, production and media agencies, ensuring good understanding of deliverables, KPI’s and goals;
  • Collect and consolidate data - to enable programs measurement and optimization;
  • Share new ideas on social media and the digital environment with the extended marketing team.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Collaborate closely with local affiliates to further develop the results on social media;
  • Implement European frameworks and processes for seamless integration of “earned” initiatives, in close collaboration with the PR;
  • Ensure the integration of customer service processes within the management of all the European social channels;
  • Implement integrated strategies to leverage social channels for engagement and recruitment, in collaboration with other departments and work functions at Levi’s®.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University Degree in marketing, communication or business administration;
  • 2/3 years of professional experience in social/digital marketing;
  • Demonstrated interest in the fashion/apparel and music industries, ability to “read” trends and the youth scene. Understanding and connection to the young consumers is a must;
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is a must;
  • Strong team player, flexible, able to multi-task and switch gears easily;
  • Strong analytical, influencing skills;
  • Being solution driven is a must;
  • Cross functional interaction is key for success (social skills);
  • Nice to have: previous experience in working in a global vs local set-up.
