Keller and Heckman is an American law firm, currently looking for a junior full-time receptionist/office services assistant for our Brussels office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, perfect command of English and French, both written and spoken, and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a requirement.
Reception tasks will include welcoming visitors, handling incoming telephone calls, processing in- and outgoing mail, booking and preparing meeting rooms, ordering catering, sending general information to the office, etc.
Office services assistance will include ordering supplies, handling maintenance of the office premises and of the equipment, keeping inventories up-to-date, and managing the library.
The ideal candidate will have a high sense of service and basic understanding of technical aspects in connection with office and of equipment maintenance.
He/she will have a strong sense of organization and enjoy multitasking. He/she will be able to work autonomously under the supervision of the Office Manager, as well as in a team. Flexibility, resourcefulness, dynamism and flexibility, as well as the ability to work under pressure, are requisites.
