How will you make a difference as an AI Team Lead?

Next to your work as a senior ML engineer, you are the owner of the happiness and growth of your team. By having regular touchpoints with your team members, you can decide together what the best steps are for them and what to provide to get the best out of them. You are also responsible for encouraging your team to contribute to Radix, f.e. by creating content around what they have learned. The AI Team Lead is an organisational role so you can expect to build on how the organisation works.

Ensure team happiness and growth through regular touchpoints;
Coach more junior engineers in creating and deploying Machine Learning solutions;
Encourage your team to share their knowledge internally and externally;
Build our organisation by taking the initiative in creating and maintaining key processes.

Job requirements

What type of person are we looking for?

For this role, we are looking for a passionate engineer who has taken steps in their career in Artificial Intelligence and has experience coaching and leading people. You get motivated by improving the way we work and are determined to deliver real-impact AI solutions for our clients.

You have a master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field;
You are a people-minded person, experienced in getting the best out of people;
You like to share your knowledge externally and have proven experience in interacting with a community;
You know how organisations work and are motivated to proactively contribute to the Radix way of doing things.
