- Support existing English and German (and/or French and/or Portuguese) speaking users on a daily basis;
- Sell more functionalities and services;
- Build strong relationships with clients by exceeding the client’s expectations;
- Take part in internal and external projects for the growth of the company.
- You have 2 years’ experience in a customer service role;
- You have the drive to create value for the company by selling additional features to our existing customers and respect objectives;
- You have a native level of English and preferably a good level of German;
- You have excellent communication skills and you adapt easily to different cultures;
- You are eager to work independently and to cultivate business relationships over the phone and by email.
