  • Based on objectives and available data of the target group, define the email marketing strategy and KPI’s;
  • Campaign management: briefing – coordinate production - execution - monitoring and follow up;
  • Play an active role in implementing a marketing automation strategy in order to qualify attract new users/(re)activate existing ones and assess their value and growth;
  • Potential (segmentation – personalization – setup flows);
  • Ongoing performance analysis in order to leverage results and learnings into actionable insights;
  • Deliver the strategic vision to bring these customer insights to all departments;
  • Detect new trends and technologies to implement to optimize communication with customers;
  • Act as a digital evangelist to further position and grow digital marketing within Brussels Airlines.


  • Bachelor or master level with e.g. marketing/economics/mathematics/statistics background;
  • 3 years of experience within a digital and preferably international environment & e-commerce context;
  • Proven track record;
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing landscape and key trends;
  • Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Experience and understanding of working with a marketing automation tool;
  • Good understanding of databases and analytical CRM;
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing;
  • Knowledge of e.g. Selligent/Adobe marketing cloud etc. is a plus;
  • Google Analytics Certified is a plus;
  • A strong self-driven and getting-things-done attitude with the ability to prioritize work based on business impact in a fast paced environment;
  • Good team player with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Eye for detail without losing sight of “the big picture”;
  • Accurate, well organized and a strong ability to prioritize respecting tight deadlines;
  • A data-driven attitude rather than an opinion-based one;
  • Eagerness and ability to understand a complex subject matter quickly and independently;
  • Customer centric oriented.
